  • Do I need a doctors/referral note?
    Check with your insurance provider. Some do require a note prior to treatment to be eligible for reimbursement, while others don’t.
  • How much will my insurance cover?
    Check your insurance coverage before your appointment, verify your benefits with your insurance provider. Confirm how much of your session is covered. Some cover a percentage, some a fixed amount per treatment.
  • Are you a 2200 hour certified massage therapist?
    Yes, I have completed all my professional and educational obligations to ensure you the best care possible.
  • How will I feel after my massage?
    After a massage, you’ll likely feel relaxed, rejuvenated, and less tense. Some may experience mild soreness or fatigue, but overall, you should feel more balanced and at ease. Be sure to drink plenty of water to help your body recover.
  • What if I can not make my appointment?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee, as the time is reserved specifically for you. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Will my massage hurt?
    Your massage will be tailored to your needs, ranging from soothing relaxation to deeper work on tension. It should feel comfortable, though areas of tightness may feel more intense. I do my best to keep the communication open to ensure the most comfortable treatment possible. The goal is to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.
  • How can I pay?
    Currently I accept e-transfer or cash.
